    Out: 451 4.3.0 Error: queue file write error

    Hallo an alle!
    Ich habe das Problem, dass Emails mit Anhängen größer als 10 MB folgende Fehlermeldung erzeugt und die Mail nicht weiter verarbeitet. Übel ist das ganze, weil der Mailclient nach dem Abbruch wieder von vorne anfängt und erneut die Mail sendet. Wr nicht darauf achtet landet in einer Dauerschleife.
    Verwendet wird hier Postfix.

    Das habe ich bereits erledigt:
    in der main.cf ist message_size_limit von 204800000 auf 0 geändert -> keine Änderung
    in den Mailservereinstellung sind alle Optionen deaktiviert (DrWeb Antivirus, SPF-Spamschutz, Spamschutz mit DNS-Blackhole und Domainkey-Spamschutz) -> keine Änderung
    Nach den Änderungen habe ich Postfix neu gestartet mit /etc/init.d/postfix restart

    Lokale Änderungen: Anti-Virus deaktiviert

    Ich hatte hier (Plesk 9.0.1, openSUSE 11.0 auf Strato-Server) auch das Problem, dass Mails, die Anhänge über 3 MB hatten, von den Mailclients nicht verschickt werden konnten (ebenfalls den queue file write error).
    Bei mir hat es geholfen, in den Mailservereinstellung alle Optionen zu deaktivieren (DrWeb Antivirus, SPF-Spamschutz, Spamschutz mit DNS-Blackhole und Domainkey-Spamschutz) wobei ich zuvor entsprechende Änderungen in den Mailboxen vorgenommen habe (i.e. Antivirus deaktiveren).
    Gerade habe ich noch mal eine Datei mit 11,9 MB verschickt, welche ohne Probleme durchlief.

    Ich hab mal Deine master.cf und main.cf mit meiner verglichen: Bei der master.cf gibt es keinen Unterschied. In der main.cf ein paar:

    ich wollte es ausführlich machen, damit sich keiner beschweren kann, es würde etwas fehlen...

    Bei myhostname steht natürlich mein Servername, ungewünschte Besucher soll man nicht einladen :P
    die SMTP-Restrictions sehen so aus, als ob die die Anmeldung kontrollieren, das sollte eigentlich hier nicht das Thema sein, aber diese Konfiguration kenne ich auch gar nicht.
    Die Message-Size-Limit hatte ich bei den ganzen Tests auf 0 gesetzt. Habe ihn jetzt auch auf deinen Wert mit 256.000.000 Bytes erhöht und den postfix neu gestartet
    Und der Test mit einer 12.994kB 'kleinen' Datei schlug wieder fehl. Unter /usr/local/psa/handlers/spool vergößert sich eine Datei bis ca. 18.202.564 Byte; dann kommt weiterhin oben beschriebene Fehlermeldung. Den Größenunterschied zwischen der realen und der temporären Datei sollte an dem Overhead der Mail liegen. Habe irgendwo was dazu im Netz gefunden...

    Eigentlich nicht, da gebe ich Dir recht, dennoch kommt mir das merkwürdig vor.
    An Deiner Stelle würde ich mal die Mailserver-Einstellungen für Antivirus und DomainKeys-Spamschutz aktivieren und nachsehen, ob bei ALLEN mailboxen die Antivirus-Einstellung deaktiviert ist. Ausserdem in den Maileinstellungen für die Domain den DomainKeys-Spamschutz deaktivieren. Danach dann wieder die Mailserver-Einstellungen für alles deaktivieren. Vielleicht kommst Du dann bei den unterschiedlichen Werten zu dem, was bei meiner Konfiguration drin steht.

    Die unterschiedlichen Erfolgs- und Misserfolgsmeldungen im Forum von Parallells lassen mich vermuten, dass es vielleicht an so einer Kleinigkeit liegen könnte. Probiers mal aus! Ich hab hier gerade keine Lust, den Gegencheck zu machen ... immerhin läuft meine Konfiguration ja gerade zufriedenstellend ... toitoitoi!

    hmm schade, dass mein Beitrag mit dem gleichen Problem keine Beachtung fand..... :cry:

    Also bei mir half es das SPF wieder zu deaktivieren. Bekommen seit gut 3 Wochen keine Meldung mehr....

    Nach vielen Versuchen und auch deaktivieren von allen Greylisten etc. bleibt der Fehler.
    Hat jemand noch eine Hilfe parat???
